  • For out of stock books the times of delivery are the following, according to the publisher or distributor origin:

Portugal - 1 to 4 days

Spain - 8 to 15 days

France - 30 days

United Kingdom - 15 days

USA / Brazil - 45 days

Rest of Europe - 30 days

Rest of the world - 60 days


Note: These delivery times are only valid if the supplier has stock availability. Exceptions are stock outages at the publisher, books not yet published, books pending re-edition or new editions, transport strikes, Christmas and New Year periods, holidays and natural accidents in the country of origin.

  • The delivery address must always have someone available to receive the order between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. It is not possible to ask for an exact time for delivery, these times are the responsibility of the carriers.

Payment Methods

Stripe: this system allow payments via credit or debit card.

EasyPay: this system allows payments via Multibanco, MBWay and Credit Card.

Bank Transfer: Please transfer the amount to the IBAN indicated in the order details.


Returns and Refunds

  • Books with printing defects or receiving the wrong book: you have 90 days after delivery to inform us and there is no cost to the customer.
  • Books resulting from customer dissatisfaction or deception: you have 14 days after delivery to notify us and is subject to payment of transport costs.
  • In any case, you may be entitled to exchange the item received for other items or to a refund of the amount paid, depending on the customer's preference.
  • Returns can be sent to our headquarters.
  • The user may exercise his right of free withdrawal under the terms of the Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, February 14.
