  • To deliveries via CTT (National postal office) an e-mail is always sent confirming the sending of the order and the postal registration number the day after the item has been sent. In the case of books’s not arriving on time, the customer should go to the local Mail Office to localize the order.
  • To deliveries via Logistics company, the customer can only place orders to an address where there is someone to personally receive the order between the hours of 09:00am and 06:00pm. Observations: It is not possible to schedule an exact hour for the delivery of the order which will be delivered between 09:00am and 06:00pm.

  • In the case of defective items there is no cost or time limit for the customer.
  • In the case of a customer error in the order or non satisfaction with the product the customer has 14 days to return the item in question and must pay the postal costs.
