These delivery times are only valid if the supplier has stock availability and do not predict non published books, pending on re-editions, transport strikes, holidays, vacations or natural disasters.

deliveries via CTT
(National postal office) an e-mail is always sent confirming the posting of the order and the postal registration number the day after the item has been posted. In the case of books’s not arriving on time, the customer should go to the local CTT to localise the order.
With
deliveries via SEUR
, the customer can only pace orders to an address where there is someone to personally receive the order between the hours of 09:00am and 06:00pm. Observations: It is not possible to schedule an exact hour for the delivery of the order which will be delivered between 09:00am and 06:00pm.

direct deliveries
, Bisturi will confirm in advance with the customer the delivery date.

In the case of defective items there is

In the case of a customer error in the order or non satisfaction with the product the customer has
